Never eat anything bigger than your head

Dinner last night was at LoLo’s Mexican Food, in Morro Bay, California. A small, family run restaurant, that has become a favorite with us. We were seated at a booth by the front window, where although you can’t see the ocean from there, you can see the sunset. Everyone on the wait staff is friendly, and gives quick, attentive service. Our meal? I had the “Wet Burro”, a giant flour tortilla stuffed with Chili Verde pork, rice, beans, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, covered with enchilada sauce. Delicious and filling. DW had 2 shrimp tacos, with hard shells instead of soft, with rice and black beans on the side. Accompanied with “Cayucos Beach Ale”, a locally named (although not locally produced, it comes from Gilroy, California, 150 miles north and definitely not on the beach!) No room for dessert after that.
