As the World Turns

Ok, I know that a lot of people like to play dress-up with their dog, but dog-jerseys are kind of silly, don’t you think? I mean, your dog isn’t rooting for a team is he? I’ve never met a dog that was actually a Lakers fan, have you? Anyhow, I suppose it’s harmless to enforce your love of a sport on your dog. He doesn’t know one way or another, but if he (or she) doesn’t like wearing the dog jerseys, you shouldn’t make him wear it. That would be cruel and unusual punishment in my opinion. Then again, dressing up a dog seems rather, well maybe not cruel, but definitely unusual. To those of you that insist on dressing up your dog, maybe you should invest in a doll collection or have kids.

I was out of state and so she had to drive up for us to hang out.  She typically drove up and stayed every weekend.  This one weekend we were out eating dinner and I wanted to leave her a voicemail so that she could listen to it on the way down.  I messed up the message so I went to her phone so I could delete the message and start over.  The first thing I see when I open the phone is her ex-boyfriend’s number and seeing that they’ve actually talked a number of times.  I confronted her about this and she continued to deny it.  She finally admitted that she talks to her ex-boyfriend who wanted to get back together with her.  She told me they hung out at least once a week and would talk about three or four times a week.

I think this makes our relationship so much more special.  I am in love with her because anything and everything about her I love.  Something that makes her so special is that no matter how terrible of a day I am having, seeing one smile from her flips my whole day around.  I know a lot of people have this feeling, but a lot of people consist this to be the “honeymoon” stage and once we get to know each other further, it will start to fade away.  In past relationships this has happened.  But this is different.  Not say that every moment together is perfect.  We have fought and we have had our disagreements, but even when we are fighting and arguing, there is no where I would rather be then next to her.

I would say that my favorite email service would be gmail.  It is very easy to use and is easy on the eyes.  The other applications that gmail supports are a definite bonus to this email service.  One example would be gchat.  I do not know specifically why, but using gchat seems a lot more personal than using other chat applications such as AIM messaging.  I also like the ability of using google docs which is an easy way to view documents.  For example, my computer does not support .docx files and therefore, without google docs, I would not be able to view these files.
