As the World Turns

When I was a child, I was lucky enough to go to Yankee games with some friends. It was so cool! After the game, you could stand outside and take photos or get autographs of the players as the walk out to their cars. I took pictures of Thurmun Munson about 5 or 6 feet away! Reggie Jackson, Lou Pinella and Mickey Rivers also let me take their pictures. As a 9 or 10 year old, this confirmed the decision, I would be a Yankee fan for life. I was also lucky to be able to some players in the minor leagues at Albany Colonie Yankees! I say Andy Petite, Derek Jeter, Bernie Williams and many others, it was amazing! I am still a Yankee fan today and so is my son. I think his first words were “EL DUQUE” for the pitcher!!!

Choosing my favorite website is so easy to do. My favorite website would have to be myspace.com. I have been a member of myspace for almost five years now and I still haven’t got bored with it. I’m on this website all the time! It is a great website to keep in touch with your old friends but also a great way to connect and meet new people. It is a great website if you’re a music artist to promote your music and get more people to listen to you. You can write personal messages to people that no one else can read, or you can also build a webpage and write stuff on there that all your friends can see. Myspace is a great way to occupy your time when you’re bored and have nothing better to do. It’s a great way to express yourself and make it “your space!”

Who is Lois you may wonder? She is the mother in the television show “Malcolm in the Middle”. In my opinion, this must be the funniest show on television. As a mom myself, I can’t help but think to myself why I didn’t think of those punishments for my kids. I think that this show was totally undersold in reviews and ratings. The humor on the show is geared towards the average working man. The issues discussed on the show were relevant and important, but they didn’t weigh down the humor of the show. I have this show programmed on my DVR and I have seen every episode a million times but I still laugh every time it comes on. If you are a parent or child, you will love this show!!
